These terms cover the use of FirstSeat AI, including its website and iOS and Android apps, provided by [Legal company name — e.g. Infinite Corp]. By using the service you agree to them. If you sign up on behalf of a restaurant, you agree for that restaurant.
The service
FirstSeat AIhelps restaurants take reservations, manage waitlists, seat guests and message them. Features and prices are set out in the restaurant's agreement or plan with us.
Accounts
- Restaurants create accounts for their own staff and are responsible for who has access.
- Keep your password private. Tell us right away if you think your account has been used without permission.
- You can delete your own sign-in at any time under My Account.
The restaurant's responsibilities
- Collect and use guest information lawfully, with any consent required, including consent to receive texts.
- Make sure the details they enter, such as hours, rules and prices, are accurate.
- Not use the service to send spam or anything unlawful, or try to break or misuse it.
Guest information
Restaurants own their guest information. We handle it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Fees
Fees, billing and any free trial are as agreed with the restaurant. Nothing is sold or charged through the mobile apps.
Availability
We work to keep FirstSeat AIrunning and secure, but it is provided “as is”, and we can't promise it will never be interrupted. Restaurants should keep their own way to take bookings if the service is unavailable.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees the restaurant paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending the service
A restaurant can stop using the service as set out in its agreement. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. When a restaurant leaves, it can ask us for a copy of its data before we delete it.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will update the date above and tell restaurants about important changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Province], Canada.
